Introduction:
This
site has been established to acquaint, or in some cases re-acquaint, you
with the last of the big, unballasted centreboard dinghies racing in New
Zealand - the Emmy, as the M-Class Yacht is affectionately known by her
many admirers.
The
M-Class Yacht has a fascinating history which we have attempted to briefly
outline
for you on our "Emmy's History" page. We
invite your comments and interest. All prospective members, both
sailing and non-sailing, can be assured of a warm welcome with the
opportunity to become involved in New Zealand's yachting
history.
